UPDATED: Missing Oneida County Teen Amanda Akins

The family of 17-year-old Amanda Akins of Camden is asking for your help in locating her. She has been missing since Monday afternoon.

According to the Facebook page of relative Christopher Phelps, Amanda did not get off the school bus as expected on Monday afternoon May 14. Her family has contacted the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and has taken to social media to spread the word on her disappearance.

UPDATE: The family shared with us that at some point on Monday it is believed that Amanda met up with her boyfriend after leaving her father’s house that morning. The family has also provided more photos.
