Authorities search for missing Canastota woman after car turns up in Pulaski

Pulaski, NY -- Oswego County sheriff's deputies are looking for a missing Canastota woman whose car was found this morning in Pulaski.
Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips, 36, was last seen Friday on East Milestrip Road in Canastota, deputies said.
Phillips' 2009 Hyundai was found at 5 a.m. today behind Fulton Boiler Works in Pulaski, deputies said. She is described as 5 foot, 4 inches tall with blue eyes and reddish brown hair.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Oswego County sheriff's deputies at 349-3411 or 1-888-349-3411.

Oswego County (WSYR-TV) – A Canastota woman who was reported missing on Monday has been found, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office.
Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips was found by a passing motorist as she walked along County Route 28. According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, she was found cold and wet in the rain.
Phillips had been missing since Friday, April 27.
She was found about four miles from where her vehicle had been spotted behind the Fulton Boiler Works in Pulaski.
Phillips was taken to the Oswego Hospital for assessment.
