MYFOXNY.COM - A 12-year-old girl from Harlem has been missing since Monday afternoon, the NYPD said.
Zakyyah Copeland-Taylor was last seen at about 4 p.m. on September 12, 2011, near East 113 Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan, police said.
Cops describe her as 4 feet 11 inches, 110 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans and white sneakers.

EAST HARLEM — Police are asking for the public's help in searching for a 12-year-old girl who went missing from her East Harlem home this week.
Zakyyah Taylor, described as approximately 4-foot-11 and weighing 108 lbs, was last seen in her home on Madison Avenue, at the corner of E. 112th St., at around 7:40 a.m. on Dec. 5.
She was last seen wearing a black or navy pea coat, a rust-colored sweater, blue jeans and black boots.

MANHATTAN — A 12-year-old old girl that went missing from her East Harlem home has been found safe, police said Thursday.
Zakyyah Taylor disappeared from her home on Madison Avenue at E. 112th St. about 7:40 a.m. on Dec. 5, the NYPD said.
She was found three days later in good condition, police added.
Police didn't give details of where she'd been or where she was found.
