Leonard Romanelli was allegedly abducted by his noncustodial mother, Lisa Marie DeBiase.
The abductor is a White female, 5'1" tall, weighs 135 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. Her date of birth is May 19, 1956.
A warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor by the FBI on September 9, 1992. The abductor may be using the alias first name of Liza.
