He is taking medication for his heart. Right leg is swollen from poor circulation. Left medication behind. Not sleeping well at night.

Clothing - Black jacket, grey t-shirt, khaki pants, black new balance shoe. May have had on a black leather cap.

He left his watch behind and had no rings on because his hands are large.

Curtis disappeared after leaving his home on Metropolitan Ave. on May 13, 2012
