Police say that Keyla Contreras was last seen at 2390 Second Avenue at 7 a.m.Contreras is described as a 5-foot, 115-pound light-skinned Hispanic. When last seen, she was wearing an orange hoodie, black jacket, blue jeans, and gray boots.
